FAQs
We have compiles the most common questions here for you.We hope to find the answers helpful. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information. We would be glad to hear from you soon!!!
DO YOU TRAVEL ? Yes! We love destination e-sessions and weddings. Send us more information on your travel plans, and we will create a custom collection to suit your needs.
CAN WE BOOK YOU FOR A FEW HOURS TO SAVE MONEY ? Storytelling is such a huge of what we do. Years from now, you'll want to look back and be able to relive every detail you spend so much time and effort planning. We are unwilling to miss a second of that, and that's why we only offer full day coverage.
DO WE HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU ? We highly recommend ordering prints through our professional ventors, but it is not required. The difference in quality is huge. So we encourage clients to let us help with prints!
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ? We do offer discounts sometimes, but these depends mainly, our travel schedule or the season. So, if you have any budgetary concerns, just contact me and we can discuss everything together.
HOW LONG BEFORE THE WEDDING SHOULD WE BOOK YOU ? Although i cannot make predictions about my booking calendar every year, to avoid disappointment we would say at last a year in advance. However, sometimes we may book a wedding as close as two months before or two calendar years in advance. In general, everything is summarized in the phrase “the sooner, the better”!
CAN YOU HOLD THE DATE ? We are sorry, but we cannot hold a date without a retainer. We accept bookings on a first come/first served basis, so if you consider booking us for your wedding, please let us know as soon as possible.
CAN YOU ARRANGE A VIDEOGRAPHER FOR OUR WEDDING ? We can definitely suggest wedding videographers / cinematographers we have worked with and trust. Again if you are interested for wedding videography please let us know and we will discuss all details and options together.
DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A MEAL AT THE RECEPTION ? We’d really appreciate it if you did, because at the end of the day, which usually stars for us at noon or early afternoon, we are usually as hungry as everybody. For that reason, it would be nice to have something to eat, so that we get energy and keep on shooting. It doesn’ t have to be the same as our guest menu. Many caterers offer “vendor meals” as an option. However, it’s very important to inform the caterer or the venue providing the meals that we should be served as early as possible, so that we finish eating before the guests and continue shooting.
